1 Introduction & Applicability

33hd is an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh, offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and live games. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 33hd website and platform ("Service").

3.4 Account Verification

33hd may request identity verification at any time in the interest of safety and security. If requested documents are not provided within the required timeframe, the account may be temporarily restricted.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The payment methods currently accepted at 33hd are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each of these three methods is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33hd offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 adds the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 33hd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealers in real time.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be cancelled and the wager may be refunded.

• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.

• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is processed at a set time each week and credited to the account automatically. Cashback funds may carry their own wagering requirements.

8 Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

Participation in any of the following activities gives 33hd the right to cancel the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action:

• Opening an account using false information or another person's identity
• Attempting money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Using bots, hacking tools, or automation software
• Attempting to earn bonus benefits using multiple accounts
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities
• Abusive behaviour towards other players or staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems
• Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party

In cases of suspicious activity, 33hd may keep the account suspended until the investigation is complete.
